Project Supervision
RTA provides start-to-finish service when selecting, designing, and monitoring a roof system installation, as well as maintaining a roofing system. We provide specific project parameters - specifications - for roofing contractors to follow. Specifications include site-specific design, scaled drawings, and details.
RTA can also assist in contractor selection and will communicate with the contractor on the Owner's behalf. Construction supervision assures compliance with the contract documents.
From the initial contract specifications, through roofing operations and payment approvals, to the project close-out, RTA will ensure that your roof meets the needs you have established.
